How Recovery Works:
Each Channel Partner in the US & Canada that participated in the previous
promotion period will receive a Recovery Pack at their Headquarter location
to fill with eligible Trade-In products received from the field.
$50 will be direct-deducted from your Co-op for each Pack ordered.
Charges include cost for Recovery Pack and pre-paid shipping label to
return up to 35lbs of equipment.
Channel Partners receive eligible Trade-In equipment from the field and enter Trade-In
claims at motorolapromotion.com. Eligible Trade-In equipment gets placed into the
Recovery Pack along with the Trade-In confirmation page from motorolapromotion.com.
Arrange products as neatly as you like in the Recovery Pack, but the weight of each
Recovery Pack should be no more than 35lbs. Overweight Packs up to 50lbs will still
ship, and additional costs will be deducted from your Co-Op.

When the Recovery Pack is full or has reached 35lbs, simply gather and close the polybag,
use the supplied zip-tie to secure the bag and then close the self locking Pack.
Apply the supplied pre-paid UPS™ shipping label to the outside of the Recovery Pack and
call 1.800.PICK.UPS for pick up. If you are already a UPS customer you may include the
Recovery Pack with your normal pick up and no additional phone call is necessary.
Your Recovery Pack ships to a central warehouse where it is scanned to identify origin and
weight. The contents are unpacked, sorted and logged by OEM, model and serial number.
Each Recovery Pack’s contents are cross referenced with data reported by the Channel
Partner at motorolapromotion.com. Batteries are recycled and equipment is held, shipped
to Motorola or recycled.
To continue the process, Login and elect to receive more empty Recovery Packs at your
specified location(s). $50 will be direct-deducted from your Co-op for each Pack ordered.
